‘Next kevin De Bruyne to Man United’ – Man United told to sign Euro 2024 ‘outstanding’ wonderkid from Real Madrid

Manchester United should make a move for Real Madrid wonderkid Arda Guler with the Turkey star lighting up Euro 2024, Dwight Yorke says.

Guler was one of the young, talented players that clubs and fans would be watching heading into the Euros, and he has proven why thus far.

The 19-year-old was great in Turkey’s first game against Georgia, scoring a spectacular goal in the 3-1 victory.

However, he was unexpectedly benched and only got to play for 20 minutes in the 3-0 defeat against Portugal.

He will probably return to the starting lineup for Wednesday night’s pivotal Group F match between Turkey and the Czech Republic, according to Vincenzo Montella.

Guler, a versatile player who can play right flank or attacking midfield, has been tipped for great things but has only made 10 La Liga games.

He was still able to find the back of the net six times, averaging a goal every 63 minutes, but his game time is unlikely to improve significantly especially after Los Blancos added Kylian Mbappe to their attacking line-up.

He has therefore been tipped to move away from the Spanish giants and United hero Yorke is hopeful he might end up at Old Trafford.

‘Arda Guler has some talk about him being this wonderkid for a couple of years now, and he’s shown he does have that special quality when he scored the wondergoal for Turkey,’ the former forward told Crypto Sports Betting.

‘He has lit up the Euros, and now everyone will be wanting to rescue him from Real Madrid’s bench.

‘We’ve seen the likes of Kevin De Bruyne and Mohamed Salah leave a big club like Chelsea and it has benefited their careers. Who is to say that Guler leaving Real Madrid to join Man United won’t be a similar case?

‘He needs an opportunity to play week in and week out. Everyone looks for an experienced, quick fix, but we shouldn’t look past Guler who can become world-class.

Guler only joined Real from Fenerbahce last summer in a deal worth around £17million, and despite his limited appearances he still ended the season with La Liga, Champions League and Spanish Super Cup winners medals.

The right-side of attack has been a problem are for United, with big money signings Jadon Sancho and Antony flattering to deceive, and a move for Guler may be considered after they missed out on top target Michael Olise who looks set to join Bayern Munich from Crystal Palace
