Man United ready to offer £17m-rated superstar in a swap deal to sign TOP Premier League defender and Euro 2024 star this summer

Manchester are seemingly prepared to weaken their fullback positions in order to strengthen the central defense this summer.

As per reports in the media, Man Utd are ready to offer Aaron Wan-Bissaka to sign £55million-rated Crystal Palace star, Marc Guehi.

The Old Trafford outfit are willing to offer Wan-Bissaka in return to save money since they don’t want to pay an outrageous amount of over £50 million to entice the Eagles star, according to an exclusive story that TEAMTalk exclusively reported.

Under Erik ten Hag’s leadership, the 26-year-old right back endured an injury-plagued season last year, but when healthy, he started games frequently for United and performed admirably in left back duties when called upon.

In the FA Cup final triumph over Manchester City, AWB played the entire ninety minutes and made thirty appearances across all competitions. Galatasaray wants to recruit Wan-Bissaka and is reportedly expecting that his market worth of about £17 million (20 million euros) would decline. These reports are based in Turkey.

On the other hand, Guehi missed over two months of action due to a knee injury last season, but returned to fitness in May and made 23 appearances in the Premier League.

His current contract with the Selhurst Park side will expire in two years, and he is valued at around £55million (The Times).

The 23-year-old is in Germany at the moment for the European Championships and he was rock solid in the central defense as England went on to beat Serbia 1-0 in the opening group game.

In the 2023-24 season, Ten Hag’s men conceded their highest number of goals ever in a single PL campaign and hence, a complete overhaul at the back is required this summer.

Wan-Bissaka is not world class but he proved to be important last term and selling him without an adequate replacement for the position would not be the right decision
