From Spain- La-Liga Club ready to sell £224,000-a-week superstar Forward to Man United in a swap deal

As per reports in Spain, Atletico Madrid are ready to sell Joao Felix to Man Utd in a swap deal to sign Mason Greenwood.

Last year, the Red Devils made an offer to lure the Portuguese international, but he turned down every proposal in order to play for Barcelona on loan.

Now, according to a story covered by Spanish source, TDF, the Rojiblancos have offered Felix to Man Utd in order to hire the services of Greenwood.

The English winger proved his worth in the La Liga on loan for Getafe but the Red Devils want to offload him on a permanent basis.

In such a scenario, the Colchoneros have proposed an exchanged deal with Man Utd involving Felix and Greenwood.

The 22-year-old winger scored 10 goals and provided 6 assists in the recently concluded campaign for Getafe.

On the other hand, Felix did not regularly start for Barca. In 18 league starts, he netted 7 goals and provided 3 assists.

The 24-year-old playmaker, who earns around £224,000-a-week, can effectively play anywhere in the offense but is he good enough to strengthen the attack at Old Trafford?

Felix excelled for Benfica before joining Atletico Madrid in a deal worth 120 million euros. He won the La Liga title with the Wanda Metropolitano outfit in 2021.

However, since then, he has not been able to progress. In the 2022-23 campaign, the Seleccao star made 20 appearances on loan for Chelsea and only netted 4 goals.

He has made it to the Portugal squad for the European Championships
