Man United ‘interested’ in £25m La Liga star as new transfer stance emerges

Manchester United are looking to add more signings to their squad after the arrival of Joshua Zirkzee.

The Netherlands international’s arrival was confirmed by Manchester United on Sunday afternoon.

Zirkzee left Serie A team Bologna after two years to sign a five-year contract with the Reds.

Zirkzee was United’s first summer addition, and the team is already being connected to more players.

Before the summer transfer window ends on September 2, Erik ten Hag has until then to bolster his team with additional players.

After the agreement to bring Zirkzee to Old Trafford, rumors regarding possible additional signings for United are still circulating.

United are being linked with a move for Girona forward Viktor Tsygankov.

According to Spanish news outlet Diario AS, the Reds are joined by Aston Villa and Arsenal in showing an interest in signing Tsygankov this summer.

Tsygankov, a Ukraine international, scored eight goals with seven assists for Girona last season to help the club finish third in the La Liga table and qualify for the Champions League.

It’s been reported that the forward also has a €30million (£25million) release clause in his contract with Girona.
