Man United keen and ready to make huge offer to sign Lille ‘world class centre-back’ in last few days amid strong Liverpool and Real Madrid Links

It’s hardly surprising that there has been so much interest in Lenny Yoro this summer given his stellar performance in Ligue 1 and apparent maturity beyond his years.

Fabrizio Romano claims that Yoro is dreaming big and prefers Real Madrid to everyone else. Romano provided an update on the Yoro affair in his post on X, which was formerly Twitter.

The Italian journalist continued to discuss the efforts of teams like Liverpool, Manchester United, and Paris Saint-Germain.

Yoro is prioritizing a move to the Bernabeu despite the intense attention from two of the top teams in the Premier League, thus it appears that Liverpool and United’s efforts may have been in vain.

Fabrizio Romano confirms that Real and Lille are still negotiating, so it remains to be seen if they can reach an agreement and finalise this deal between the clubs.

Liverpool and Man United interest makes sense
Both Liverpool and United need new defenders this summer, so these links make sense, with new Reds boss Arne Slot surely in need of a long-term successor to the ageing Virgil van Dijk.

It’s been a quiet summer for LFC so far, but Yoro would be an exciting addition if they could pull it off, though the 18-year-old could also be a great fit for MUFC as they need to think about replacing the departing Raphael Varane and injecting younger blood into a back line including out-of-favour duo Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof.
