I Will join Man United on one condition – Man United interested in signing 23-year-old Wolves midfielder who’s open to Old Trafford move

Manchester United “really like” Wolves midfielder Joao Gomes according to journalist Ben Jacobs, as the club look to bolster their midfield options this summer

With the managerial issue at Old Trafford sorted United are now looking to enhance a squad which despite winning the FA Cup ended ninth in the Premier League and been knocked out of the Champions League in the group stage.

United needs to improve in a number of areas, but they will need to sell in order to substantially raise their starting budget—which is reportedly as low as £50 million. United is a big fan of Joao Gomes.

Gomes joined Wolves in January 2023 from Brazilian club Flamengo, and he made 38 appearances in all competition last season, scoring two goals.

The 23-year-old is under contract at Molineux until 2028 having signed a five year deal when he arrived at the club, and is believed to be available for around £40m
