Barcelona open to offer £68m star forward plus £8.5m to sign Man United sensation this summer transfer

Barcelona are ready to make a shock swap offer to sign Manchester United sensation, Kobbie Mainoo, in the summer, as per reports.

According to Spanish source, Nacional, new Barca manager, Hansi Flick, wants the teenage midfielder to reinforce the squad.

The Blaugrana are looking to get rid of Raphinha but have been frustrated due to the lack of offers for the Brazilian international.

Hence, the Catalan news source have mentioned that Barca are offering Raphinha plus a cash fee of £8.5m (10 million euros) to sign Mainoo from Man Utd.

Back in April this year, Sport revealed the Nou Camp outfit rejected a bid worth 60 million euros from a PL club for the former Leeds United winger, as they value him at £68m (80 million euros).

Now, they are ready to offer the £68m-rated star along with a fee of £8.5m to land arguably the best central midfielder in the United squad at the moment.

Kobbie Mainoo netted the decisive goal against Manchester City to win the FA Cup for Erik ten Hag and should ideally serve the club in the years to come.
