Man United make sensational Chelsea star a ‘top target’ for January transfer window as Possible Luke shaw alternative -Report

Man United have eyes on Ben Chilwell, ahead of the January transfer opening in just a few months.

Over the summer, Manchester United Football Club filled a number of roster gaps, with Erik ten Hag receiving strong support from INEOS.

But there is still a serious problem with the squad: left-back. Luke Shaw is prone to minor injuries.

Chilwell has been frozen out at Stamford Bridge by Enzo Maresca, with United seemingly looking to take advantage of that. The Old Trafford club were linked with the Englishman over the summer, though no move came to fruition.

TEAMtalk state that even if Erik ten Hag loses his job, United will still push to sign Chilwell, hinting that this is a move that is coming directly from INEOS rather than the manager.
