£80m-rated Man United transfer target to be offered new deal following club rejecting two bids

According to reports form Transfer Expert Fabrizio Romano on X, he explained that Everton are set to step up their efforts to keep Branthwaite at Goodison Park after rejecting two bids from Man Utd already this summer.

Though it’s unclear exactly how this story will play out, Romano states that the Red Devils won’t be spending outrageous sums of money roughly £75–80 million for Branthwaite, so from an Everton perspective, it may appear promising—as long as they can convince the England international to commit his future to the team.

Although it is obvious that Branthwaite is a fantastic young talent who may make an impact at a prestigious club like United, Everton is naturally within their rights to demand a high transfer fee for a player of Branthwaite’s caliber.

Since MUFC has overpaid for several of its acquisitions in recent years, it is not shocking that EFC would believe they can demand a high price because they will feel that Branthwaite is worth it.

Branthwaite may no longer be a top priority for United, however, after they strengthened their defence with the recent addition French wonderkid of Leny Yoro from Lille
