FA Cup fourth-round draw in full as Man Utd, Liverpool and Chelsea learn their fate
Following their thrilling victory against Brentford this past weekend, Plymouth will play Premier League powerhouse Liverpool in the FA Cup’s fourth round.
Following Manchester United’s victory over Arsenal via penalty shootout, clubs nationwide learned their fate when the fourth round draw was announced.
League One team Wycombe Wanderers upset Portsmouth to start the drama on Friday night, and the third round lived up to its reputation as one of the highlights of the English football calendar, complete with spills and thrills.
Plymouth has had a terrible start to the Championship season, but they pulled off what was likely the shock of the weekend by defeating Brentford, headed by Thomas Frank, 1-0.
Last year’s runners-up Manchester City sailed through with an emphatic 8-0 thrashing of neighbours Salford City, while defending champions United dumped out 14-time winners Arsenal.
