Arch Manning Sends surprise 10-Word Message to Quinn Ewers
The Texas Longhorns had one of the best quarterback situations in the nation during the 2024 season. Quinn Ewers was their starter with Arch Manning as the backup.
Now, Ewers is heading off to the NFL and will be one of the more intriguing quarterbacks to watch throughout the 2025 draft. Manning is preparing to be the starter for Texas.
While the two quarterbacks won’t be teammates anymore, there is clearly still a lot of love between the two.
Keeping that in mind, Manning did not forget to send a birthday message to Ewers. He sent a 10-word message to the former Longhorns’ starter.
Ewers has seen his draft stock fall quite a bit from where it was at the start of the 2024 college football season.
At this point in time, Bleacher Report has a third-round projection for Ewers.
Manning, on the other hand, is seeing his stock rise dramatically.
Heading into his first season as the Texas starting quarterback, he is receiving Heisman hype.
ESPN has listed Manning among the top “way-too-early” candidates to win the prestigious award in 2025.
With his Longhorns’ career over, Ewers will head off into the sunset with 9,128 career passing yards, 68 touchdowns, and 24 interceptions. He completed 64.9% of his passes during his Texas career.
During the 2024 season, Manning also received a good chunk of playing time. He completed 67.8% of his pass attempts for 939 yards, nine touchdowns, and two interceptions.
Even though they are losing Ewers to the draft, the Longhorns are in great shape at the quarterback position
