£51M RB Leipzig forward ‘prepared to make the leap’ as Man United move to sign him
Man Utd target, Dani Olmo, is ready to leave RB Leipzig in the summer transfer window if the right opportunity arrives.
According to last month stating that the Red Devils have initiated the move to hire the services of the Spaniard, who has a clause worth £50.8m (60 million euros) until July 14.
More recently, the Catalan outlet have once again reported that the Old Trafford club are interested in signing the Bundesliga attacking midfielder.
MD claim Dani Olmo is ‘prepared to make the leap’. He has one eye on the future but first, he wants to focus on the Spanish national team.
The 26-year-old playmaker stated:
“I am open to possibilities that may arise, but I am going to give you a cliche: I am focused on the first match of the European Championships”
Spain will kick start their Euro 2024 campaign tonight against World Cup Bronze medalists, Croati,a and we can expect the Roja star to be in action.
Last season, the 33-capped international directly contributed in 13 goals in all competitions for Leipzig but had persistent injury concerns.
Dani Olmo can play on the right flank, the left flank and also in the No.10 role behind the striker and Man Utd can benefit from such versatility.
The Red Devils do have a top class CAM in the form of skipper, Bruno Fernandes, but they lack quality and depth in the wide offensive positions
