Ruben Amorim Ends player Man United career in front of teammates as ‘i hope you can find a team to sign you this summer’ message sent

Ruben Amorim brutally ended Alejandro Garnacho’s Manchester United career in front of his Old Trafford teammates, according to reports.

It emerged prior to United’s final Premier League game of the season on Sunday that Amorim had told Garnacho to leave the club this summer.

The Argentina winger was heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford in January, with Chelsea and Napoli among the clubs interested in a deal.

‘Until we reached the final, I played every round. And I played 20 minutes today – I don’t know.

‘I’m going to try to enjoy the summer and see what happens next.’

Garnacho’s brother, meanwhile, took to social media to accuse Amorim of ‘throwing him under the bus’.

The comments angered Amorim who then, according to the Daily Mail, told Garnacho to ‘pray’ he finds a new club this summer in a team meeting

The Manchester United squad gathered at Carrington on Saturday ahead of their Premier League finale but Amorim used the meeting to dig out Garnacho.

‘You better pray that you can find a club to sign you,’ Amorim reportedly said as he made it clear Garnacho would not be welcome back to Manchester United for pre-season training.

The club was approached for comment on the alleged exchange but said they would not comment on private dressing-room conversations
