Man United and Arsenal receive huge blow in transfer race to sign €60m PSG superstar

Xavi Simons will probably transfer to Bayern Munich this summer rather than to England, which will be a blow to Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester United.

Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Xavi Simons during the summer transfer season, according to a report by Graeme Bailey on TBR Football.

The Dutchman has hurt the Premier League team’s chances, though, by stating that he would like to move to Bayern Munich rather than to England.

PSG fixed a buyback clause to bring Simons back to Parc des Princes last summer before loaning him to RB Leipzig.

Meanwhile, the Old Trafford outfit have been open to signing him on loan.

At Chelsea, Xavi Simons can be a long-term replacement for Conor Gallagher, who faces an uncertain future at Stamford Bridge.

Meanwhile, Liverpool might view the Dutch playmaker as a long-term successor to Mohamed Salah, who faces an uncertain future at Anfield.

However, the 21-year-old has dealt a blow to Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester United by informing his Premier League suitors that he does not want to move to England.

The Dutchman does not wish to stay at PSG either, with Bayern Munich his likely destination.
