I will join Man United on one condition – Jamal Musiala drops huge contract update amid strong Man United transfer interest

Germany international Jamal Musiala approaching final 12 months of his Bayern Munich contract is being monitored by a number of England’s elite sides

Despite the Premier League showing a great deal of interest in his services, Jamal Musiala has said that he may see himself signing a contract extension with Bayern Munich.

In addition to all of Liverpool, Manchester City, and Manchester United reportedly showing interest in Musiala as he nears the end of his current deal, the former Chelsea academy star has been linked to a return to the Blues.

Following Bayern’s 4-0 victory over Mainz, in which Musiala scored a hat-trick, the 21-year-old did not hold back when talking about his future, and Bayern officials have publicly stated their wish to keep Musiala on board.

Asked whether he could see himself inking fresh terms with Bayern, Musiala told Sky: “Yes, I can. We are in talks. I am happy and enjoying my time here.”

In a later appearance in front of the press, Musiala confessed he is enjoying the “mystery” surrounding his future.

“I think I can’t say much right now,” he explained. “I think it’s better to keep a bit of ‘mystery’. But I have to say I’m really happy. I hope you see too that I’m happy here. There’s not much to say now.”

Musiala declined to put a timeframe on his negotiations but admitted he plans to think more about his future during the Bundesliga’s winter break.

“There actually isn’t a timeline,” he said. “My focus was on getting fit after my injury and keeping the problems under control to be available in many games in the first half of the season.

“During the winter break, I can think more about it.”
