Manchester United are in advanced talks with Atalanta over the signing of Rasmus Hojlund, according to reports.

The Independent claim that United are now negotiating over the proportion of add-ons in the transfer fee.

Signing a striker is a priority for manager Erik ten Hag, who landed Mason Mount early and is now closing in on the capture of goalkeeper Andre Onana.

The Inter Milan shot-stopper is on his way to Old Trafford. Latest reports on Hojlund suggest that an agreement with the Serie A club is getting closer, with United looking to strike a deal for around £60million.

With United having been priced out of moves for Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen, there was fear that Atalanta’s valuation of Hojlund could rule United out of the race too.

But, the 20-year-old is said to have agreed personal terms and the report claims there is ‘increasing confidence that the move will be completed.’

Elsewhere, 90min report that Chelsea are weighing up a move for Harry Maguire.
