Barcelona join transfer race with Man United and Real Madrid for outstanding Bayern Munich star faster than Mbappe – Reports

Barcelona are reportedly considering making a move for Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies and Bayer Leverkusen’s Jonathan Tah next summer.

Barcelona have had a very strong start to life under Hansi Flick as they lead La Liga by three points over Real Madrid after nine games.

Manchester United are set to compete with Real Madrid to secure the signature of Alphonso Davies from Bayern Munich.

Since last season, the Canadian full-back has been connected to Real Madrid; however, Florian Plettenberg of Sky Sports now says that United may enter the race in an attempt to get Davies for free the following summer.

The 23-year-old has not yet negotiated a new contract with Bayern, and his present agreement with Vincent Kompany’s team expires at the conclusion of the 2024–25 season.

The story also states that although United is looking into their possibilities to sign the gifted defender, they do not see themselves as the front-runners in the transfer market because Real Madrid is still in the driver’s seat to sign him.

Luke Shaw has not yet made his club debut following yet another setback due to injury, therefore the Red Devils are already thinking about replacing the England international

For now, the Canada international remains committed to his current club and will be next seen in action for Bayern when they take on Stuttgart in the Bundesliga on Saturday
